What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 Pro is offline?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 Pro is offline, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
  1. The Wi-Fi signal is weak. Make sure the robot vacuum is within a strong signal coverage area.
  2. The Wi-Fi connection error, try resetting the Wi-Fi, updating to the latest version of the app, or reconnecting with a different phone.
  3. Make sure the robot vacuum is powered on. If it’s off, it will show as offline.
  4. Use a pointed object to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds until you hear “System reset successful”, then reconnect the network and update the firmware.
Note:
If you're using a Xiaomi Hub Gateway to manage the map and there are more than 6 rooms, you need to merge some rooms to keep the total below 6 for proper functionality.
