Why does the screen of the POCO C85 become unresponsive to taps when there is water on it?

When there is a lot of water on the POCO C85 screen, swiping up to wake up the screen, answering calls, and clicking on message notifications have a chance to fail. When your finger slides across the screen and touches the water droplets, the water's inductive capacity can interfere with normal touch.
If the POCO C85's screen becomes unresponsive after being wet, please refer to the following details:
  1. It is recommended to check and wipe off any moisture before using your phone or operating it with minimal water to minimize your experience.
  2. If there is a small amount of water on the screen, avoid contact with wet areas.
  3. We recommend that you avoid exposing your device to humid environments for extended periods of time to prevent the screen from becoming damp.
  4. Touchscreen malfunction due to water on the screen is a normal phenomenon and not a product defect. Please feel free to use your phone.
