What to do if the clean water tank of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro is abnormal?

If the clean water tank of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro is abnormal, the possible causes are that the clean water tank is not installed, or there is not enough water.
Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
  1. Remove the clean water tank and check whether the float and the float magnet at the bottom are in place. If missing, contact the after-sales support.
  2. If the water level is insufficient to complete the task, the robot vacuum will show an error. Add enough clean water, then press the power button or tap [Start cleanup] in the Xiaomi Home App to continue.
  3. Reinstall the clean water tank and press it gently into place.
  4. If the water tank still shows an error even with water, unplug the station, wait 1 minute, then plug it back in and try again.
  5. If the problem persists, contact the after-sales service center for support.
