If the cleaning ability of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro decreases or it leaks dust, please refer to the following information:
The suction power of the robot vacuum decreases and dust leaks during cleaning:
  1. Use a clean fiber cloth to wipe away dust and particulate matter attached to the surface of the main unit.
  2. Clean the dust compartment and filter, and replace them regularly, otherwise, the cleaning effect will be affected.
  3. Clean the main brush and any hair or foreign matter entangled at both ends.
The main unit is leaking dust at the floor connection:
There is a height difference at the floor connection, causing the robot vacuum to bump and leak when passing. Clean the dust compartment and check that the dust shield is intact.
The main unit is not vacuuming the area around the omni station:
  1. Check the software version and update to the latest version.
  2. Check the omni station position on the Xiaomi Home App to see if it is accurate in the actual scene.
  3. Submit a feedback log through Help & Feedback in the Xiaomi Home App. Do not operate the robot vacuum within 15 minutes after submitting the feedback.
The omni station is not collecting dust properly:
  1. Check the dust collection ports of the main unit and omni station for foreign objects and clean them.
  2. Check if the disposable bag is full and replace it in time.
  3. Check whether wet garbage, excessive hair, or lint has been sucked in and adhered to the dust collection channel. It is recommended to clean it manually. This type of garbage can easily cause blockage.
