If there is an abnormal water level in the omni station washboard of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro, it can affect the cleaning efficiency of the mop and the proper operation of the omni station. Addressing this issue promptly ensures smooth mop cleaning and prevents potential damage to the device.
If the washboard water level is high on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro, please refer to the following information:
Please take out the washboard and wipe the water accumulated at the location of the metal electrode of the omni station with a dry cloth. Rinse the washboard thoroughly and wipe it with a dry mop.
Check if there is any dirt blocking the bottom of the cleaning plate and wipe the inside of the omni station with a dry mop.
Place the washboard back into the omni station.
Check whether the dirty water tank/dirty water tank sealing strip is damaged and whether the float in the dirty water tank has water in it. If it is damaged or water in it, please contact after-sales service. If everything is normal, gently press the dirty water tank to ensure it is installed in place.
If the dirty water tank cannot pump water during mop washing or the washboard water level is abnormal on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro, please refer to the following information:
Remove the dirty water tank and check whether the sealing ring is deformed, lifted, or not properly seated. If so, reseat the sealing ring before use.
After confirming the dirty water tank is normal, close its top cover, reinstall it, and press it down gently to ensure it is fully in place.
Remove the washboard from the station and check whether debris is blocking the bottom. If blocked, clean it before use.
Wipe away any residual water inside the station with a dry mop cloth, then reinstall the washboard.
If the problem persists after following these steps, contact the after-sales service center for professional guidance and maintenance.
