Check the Wi-Fi band. The camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so make sure your router has the 2.4 GHz network enabled. If your router has separate SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, select the 2.4 GHz network.
Restart the camera and router to eliminate temporary network issues.
Press and hold the reset button to reset the camera and reconnect to Wi-Fi and the router.
Make sure you enter the correct Wi-Fi password. Incorrect passwords are a common cause of connection failures.
Make sure the router does not have MAC address filtering, parental control, or a firewall enabled to prevent the camera from accessing it.
Make sure the camera and the Xiaomi Home App are the latest versions. Older versions may cause connection failures.
If none of the above methods work, it can be a camera hardware issue. Please go to the local after-sales service center for repair.
