What to do if the Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 cannot be powered on?

If the Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 cannot be powered on, please refer to the following steps:
  1. First, make sure the power outlet is functioning and the power cord is securely connected;
  2. Check whether the filter is correctly installed and properly seated;
  3. Ensure the main unit, filter compartment cover and top grille are fully closed and flush with the surface;
  4. If all components are correctly installed, the purifier will emit a beep and display the Mijia logo on the screen briefly after power is connected. Once this happens, press the on/standby button to turn on the device;
  5. If you hear a beep and see a message indicating the compartment cover or top grille is not closed, this means the unit has power but those parts are not correctly secured. Please reinstall them;
  6. If the device shows no response after pressing the on/standby button, please contact after-sales support for assistance.
