Why does the screen of the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 become unresponsive?
If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 becomes unresponsive during a workout after the Always-on display is enabled, please refer to the following information:
1. When the Always-on display is enabled on the band ([Settings] >> [Display] >> [Always-on display]) and the [Raise to wake] feature is turned off, the screen will dim after the set screen-off time during a workout;
2. At this point, raising your wrist will slightly brighten the screen, but it will still remain in Always-on display mode. In this mode, touch gestures like swiping are disabled;
3. To interact with the screen, you need to tap the screen after disabling Always-on display, which will make sliding the screen responsive.
