In the process of upgrading the Xiaomi Smart Band 10, if the Bluetooth disconnects, the upgrade package transmission will fail to be accomplished and the band will display the upgrade failure and downgrade to the former version.
Please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. If the APP does not perform other operations and is still in the upgrade transmission interface, after the device reconnects and completes synchronization, please go to a place with fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices to reduce other signal interference and upgrade it again. If the APP has returned to the function interface, please go to a place with fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, tap [update], and re-initiate the upgrade;
2. When you re-initiate the upgrade, the band upgrade will be continued from the suspension point;
3. If the upgrade fails again in the Bluetooth connection status, it is recommended that you reset the device (disband the band with the phone) and rebind the band to the phone. After the phone and the band restart, rebind the band to the APP and upgrade it again;
4. Make your band close to the phone and follow the instructions to upgrade. Ensure that the Mi Fitness APP is running in the foreground and wait patiently for the upgrade;
5. If there are display abnormalities after the upgrade, such as abnormal display of characters and pictures, you can re-initiate the upgrade on the Mi Fitness APP or apply for after-sales service center for instructions on upgrading.
