Several factors will affect that the Xiaomi Smart Camera C700 can’t detect Wi-Fi. The reasons for this issue could be network problems, router failure, and distribution network process errors.
If the camera can't detect Wi-Fi, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. The signal is weak or unstable. The camera is too far from the router, or there are obstacles such as walls in between. Please move the camera closer to the router to reduce physical obstacles;
2. There are too many devices connected to the router. The router limits the number of connected devices. Try disconnecting unused devices or restarting the router to free up connections;
3. If the network configuration steps are incorrect, Wi-Fi will not be displayed. Please reset the camera and follow the steps in the Mi Home APP to reset it;
4. The device is only capable of connecting to the 2.4GHz network and does not support the 5GHz network.
If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please apply for the after-sales inspection.
