Why does the Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro switch modes abnormally or stop unexpectedly during switching?
The Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro pauses for about 1 second every 30 seconds to remind you to switch brushing zones. The screen displays “Please switch areas” during this time. This is normal.
To restore normal operation of the toothbrush, please follow the steps below:
1. Press the power button to turn on the toothbrush. Within 10 seconds of powering on, press again to switch brushing modes. After 10 seconds, press will enter standby mode. Hold and press the button to enter the settings menu (the toothbrush won’t operate during this time). Press again to enter the hold to exit screen, then hold and press for 3 seconds to exit;
2. Low battery will also cause the toothbrush to stop suddenly. Please fully charge the toothbrush and try again. If the issue persists, contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
Note:
The toothbrush cannot charge while in use.
