Why does the Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro cannot be used?
The Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro cannot be turned on while it is charging. Additionally, if the device is in use and you begin charging it, the operation will automatically stop for safety and power management reasons.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Wait until the screen shows that the battery is fully charged, which takes around 6 hours. Once charging is complete, unplug the charging cable before attempting to power on the toothbrush;
2. If the toothbrush still does not respond after a full charge and disconnecting from the charger, press and hold the power button briefly to rule out accidental short presses;
