Why is there no response from the Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro button or during charging?
The Xiaomi Oscillation Electric Toothbrush Pro cannot be turned on during charging and will automatically stop working if you start charging during use. These are normal behaviors by design.
To resume normal use of the toothbrush, please refer to the following steps:
1. Leave the toothbrush connected to a charger for up to 6 hours to ensure it receives a full charge. Make sure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is working properly;
2. Once charging is complete, try pressing the power button again to see if the toothbrush activates normally;
3. If there is still no response, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
Note:
Press the power button (less than 1 second) turns the device on. Hold and press the button for a while accesses the settings menu.
