What to do if the speaker volume on the Redmi 13C is abnormal?
Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Replace different songs and different player apps on the phone to check if the problem is with the playback source;
2. Make sure the phone speakers are not blocked. Use a clean soft cloth to clean the holes of the speakers;
3. If you have a protective case installed on your phone, check if there is any part blocking the speakers;
4. Go to [Settings] >> [Sound & vibration] >> [Sound effects], disable all sound effects, to test if they're affecting volume output;
5. Tap [Kernel version] 4 times to enter CIT and test whether there is any problem with the speakers hardware;
6. Please restart your phone;
7. You can try to update the system version.
