The Mi TV Stick is a lightweight and portable streaming device by Xiaomi that plugs into any TV with an HDMI port, turning it into a smart TV. Running on Android TV, it gives you access to popular streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video, along with the Google Play Store for downloading apps. With built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant support, it allows easy content casting and voice control.
If the Mi TV Stick cannot enter the main screen, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Unplug the Mi TV Stick from the HDMI port and power source. Wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in;
2. Make sure you’re using the original power adapter and cable;
3. Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input where the Mi TV Stick is connected;
4. Press and hold the Confirm and Back buttons on the Bluetooth remote control and plug the power cable to enter the Recovery mode. Then clear the cache;
5. In the Recovery mode, you can select factory reset;
6. Plug the Mi TV Stick into a different TV to see if it works. This helps rule out issues with the original TV or HDMI port;
7. If the above methods cannot solve the issues, please contact the local after-sales service center for inspection.
