What to do if the oscillation function of the Xiaomi Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan does not work?
If the oscillation function of the Xiaomi Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan does not work, please refer to the following steps:
1. When the device is turned on for the first time, it will take some time to find the oscillation angle, it will be completed after shaking 3 times;
2. Check whether the oscillation angle is set in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
3. Check whether the fan has any physical damage such as bumps on the exterior;
4. After unbinding, reconnect the APP and check if the function works normally;
5. If the problem still exists, please apply for after-sales inspection.
Note:
1. After resetting Wi-Fi, the fan's horizontal oscillation angle will return to the default 120° and the vertical oscillation angle will return to the default 100°;
2. After disconnecting the power and restarting the device or resetting Wi-Fi, turn on the oscillation and the fan will enter the oscillation angle calibration state. The calibration time required for different angles varies, so please be patient.
