How to do if the sound of the left and right earbuds of the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro is not synchronized?

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Reconnect the earbuds (put them back in the charging case, close and reopen the case to take them out), and test if the sound of the left and right earbuds is synchronized;
2. Bind the earbuds to the Xiaomi Earbuds APP and check for firmware updates (You can view the current version at the bottom of the device details interface);
3. Reset the earbuds, reconnect them, and test if the sound of the left and right earbuds is synchronized;
4. Try playing different music/video to make sure it’s not the file itself that’s causing the problem.
