Why does the Xiaomi pop-up connection fail to connect?

1. Please close the lid again, press and hold the function button of the charging case for 2s to enter the pairing mode, and reconnect the phone;
2. The new version has been optimized. Please upgrade the firmware to the latest version in the Xiaomi Earbuds APP;
3. Unstable Bluetooth connection between devices will cause the earbuds to fail to connect successfully. Please make sure the distance between the earbuds and the phone is not too far, and try to avoid interference caused by metal objects or other electronic devices;
4. If the Bluetooth version is lower, the connection will fail. Please make sure that the Bluetooth version of your phone is compatible with the earbuds.
