1. Please use the Xiaomi Earbuds APP to confirm if both earbuds are connected to Bluetooth;
2. It is recommended to check if there is dirt blocking the speaker holes. You can use a brush to remove foreign objects from the speaker holes and then check if the earbuds volume has returned to normal;
3. The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro supports Dimensional audio. Please confirm that the Dimensional audio immersion feature is turned off;
4. There is a problem with the audio source such as an audio file with unbalanced left and right channels or the device’s audio processing software is abnormal.
