To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Confirm if a VPN function is being used on your router or hotspot device. If so, please turn it off;
2. Unplug both the TV and router for one minute, then restart them;
3. Please check if your network is functioning properly. If not, follow the system prompts to resolve any issues;
4. Please manually set the correct DNS, save the changes, exit, and then try playing again;
5. Check if the issue is network-related by connecting to a mobile hotspot. If playback works via hotspot, the issue is caused by network hijacking. If playback still doesn't work via hotspot, please send feedback for further assistance. If it's inconvenient to test via a hotspot, try switching to a different network environment;
6. Ensure both the system and desktop version are updated to the latest versions.

Hotspots created while the phone is on a call can not support internet access.
