The POCO F4 supports receiving APP notifications.
If you can’t receive APP notifications on the phone, please refer to the following details:
1. You can clear the APP’s cache and try to exit and re-enter the APP;
2. Please check and update your device system version to the latest;
3. If Do not disturb (DND) mode is turned on, it can block notifications and incoming calls, you can go to [Settings] >> [Sound & vibration] >> [Do not disturb] >> turn off [Do not disturb];
4. Please check whether the permissions of the related apps are enabled. You can go to [Settings] >> [Notifications & status bar] >> [App notifications] and make sure the related apps have notifications enabled;
5. Poor or intermittent internet connection will prevent notifications from being delivered. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps.
