Why can't the other party hear the sound during the Xiaomi 14 call?

1. Please call someone else and check if they can't hear you during the call;
2. Make sure the phone microphone is not blocked. Use a clean soft cloth to clean the hole of the phone microphone. Dust or dirt will cause the microphone to not pick up sound properly;
3. If you have a protective case installed on your phone, check if there is any part blocking the microphone;
4. Check if call recording or other audio-related applications occupy the microphone during the call;
5. Tap [Kernel version] 4 times to enter CIT and test whether there is any problem with the microphone hardware;
6. Please restart your phone;
7. You can try to update the system version.
