Why does the Redmi Note 14 Pro have a black screen after unboxing?
If your Redmi Note 14 Pro has no display when you press and hold the power button to turn it on, please follow the steps below to restore it:
1. Press the Power button and the Volume down button together for about 15 seconds;
2. When the phone vibrates, hold down the Volume down button and release the power button for 5 seconds;
3. Release the Volume down button;
4. Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds until the phone screen lights up.
