The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro around more than one router or Bluetooth device at the same time, there will be different degrees of interference, and will be lag, intermittent, and disconnected.
Disconnection reasons:
1. The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro power is too low or no power;
2. The phone is far away from the earbuds, more than the effective transmission distance (10m or so), or there are obstacles between the earbuds and the phone;
3. Due to the special characteristics of the Bluetooth earbuds, the electromagnetic waves in the area will interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
For your reference, here are the methods to reconnect the device:
1. Please charge the earbuds to ensure that the earbuds is fully charged;
2. Put the earbuds and cell phone together, not more than the effective transmission distance (about 10m);
3. Please make sure that your earbuds is not in a strong interference environment, away from microwave ovens, monitoring and other objects with large electromagnetic interference. If there is a strong interference environment, it is recommended to try in an open field or a normal indoor;
4. If none of the above works, put the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid for 15S, and then open the lid again for connection;
5. If you still can’t solve the problem, please try to reset the earbuds: put the two earbuds into the charging case and open the lid, press and hold the function button for 10S, the indicator will flash continuously to restore the factory settings. After restoring the factory settings, please try pairing again;
6. The new version has been optimized. Please upgrade the firmware to the latest version in the Xiaomi Earbuds APP.
