Why the Timer function of the Mi Smart LED Ceiling Light 450 can not work?

The Mi Smart LED Ceiling Light 450 features the Timer function, allowing the device to power on/off automatically at the scheduled time.
If the device fails to power on/off after turning on the Timer function, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Please check and update the Mi Home APP and the device to the latest version;
2. Please delete the device from the Mi Home APP and re-add it to check if the Timer function is working normally;
3. Please restart the device and the router and check if the device can connect to the Wi-Fi. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal to which the light bulb is connected is stable. If the network fluctuates or the Wi-Fi is disconnected, the scheduled task will fail to execute;
4. Please check whether the set time is correct. Turn off the Timer function and set it again to check if the function is set correctly;
5. Please check if you have set multiple smart scenes. If you have set up multiple smart scenes, check whether there are other rules that cause the scheduled task to be overwritten or canceled;
6. Please check if the time zone of the Mi Home APP is right. If the time is not synced, the Timer function can not work;
7. If the problem persists, please submit the user feedback in the Mi Home APP and upload the problem log. Our technicians will analyze the problem as soon as possible. Please wait patiently.
