How to set the length of DTMF tones?
DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) is a signal transmission technology used in telecommunication systems. When a key on the phone keypad is pressed, the device simultaneously sends two specific frequency tones. The combination of these tones represents the corresponding number or symbol. This method allows the telephone system to quickly and accurately recognize the entered numbers.
To set the length of DTMF tones, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the [Phone] APP on your phone;
2. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner;
3. Select [Settings];
4. Enter [Calling accounts];
5. Choose [Advanced settings];
6. Tap [DTMF tones] and switch to your preference options: [Normal] or [Long] to set the length of the DTMF tones.
