How to block or unblock a phone number?
The block or unblock a phone number feature allows you to easily manage calls and messages. You can block numbers either from the call log or contacts, and also block calls from unknown numbers. To unblock, simply follow the same steps. This helps to prevent unwanted calls or texts while allowing you to maintain control over who can reach you.
To block or unblock a phone number, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1
1. Open the [Phone] APP on your phone;
2. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner;
3. Select [Settings];
4. Enter [Blocked numbers];
5. You can enable [Unknown] to block calls from unidentified callers;
6. Tap [Add a number] to block calls and texts. Additionally, you can also tap the [×] icon to unblock the number.
Method 2
1. Open the [Phone] APP on your phone;
2. Switch to the [Contacts] page;
3. Tap the contact which you want to block or unblock;
4. Scroll down and tap [Block numbers] or [Unlock numbers] to block or unblock the number.
