The Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 5-Star 1.0 HP Inverter only supports cooling mode, and the outdoor unit does not produce condensate.
Water leakage from the outdoor unit can be due to the cooling pipes being in a low-temperature state. When outdoor humidity is high, condensation will form on the low-temperature pipes and drip onto the chassis, which then drains through the drainage hole. This is a normal phenomenon and does not need repair.
If you think this situation needs to be addressed, you can contact the after-sales service center to install a drainage nozzle or drainage hose on the outdoor unit chassis.
