The error code “E3” indicates that the dishes are placed with the openings facing upwards, the filter is clogged, some parts of the filter are missing, or the filter is not properly installed. You can resolve this issue by checking external factors and internal device factors.
To check the external factors, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether you are using dishwashing liquid or other non-dishwasher-specific consumables that will produce a lot of foam;
2. Check if the dishware is properly arranged;
3. Check if the dishwasher spray arms and filter are clogged.
To check the internal device factors, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the wash pump motor is operating correctly. Start any wash program and observe if the motor responds. If there is no response, replace the wash pump;
2. If the wash pump is operating normally but the fault persists during the program, check if the water pressure detection is activated;
3. If the wash pump's water pressure detection switch fails to close, it will trigger an error. Check if any debris is blocking the hose, preventing the pressure detection switch from closing. If so, replace the wash pump. If the issue is due to a faulty micro switch causing the water pressure detection to fail, replace the water pressure detection switch.
