The error code “E1” indicates that the water pressure in the Xiaomi Tabletop Dishwasher is too low, the inlet hose is clogged or bent, or the faucet connected to the dishwasher is not turned on. You can resolve this issue by checking external factors and internal device factors.
To check the external factors, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check and make sure that the water pressure is normal (0.04MPa-1MPa);
2. Check if the inlet hose is bent, pinched, or deformed, as this can prevent proper water flow;
3. Check and make sure that the faucet connected to the dishwasher is turned on.
To check the internal device factors, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check the inlet valve for any abnormalities. Remove the device's bottom panel and inspect whether the terminals of the inlet valve are loose or disconnected from the power board output wires. If there is any disconnection, reconnect and reinspect. If the wiring is not loose, measure the voltage during the inlet process and use a multimeter to check if the voltage at the inlet valve harness is within the standard (local voltage range). If the voltage is within the standard range, this indicates a fault with the inlet valve. Replace the valve and reinspect. If the voltage is outside the standard range, use a multimeter to check the wiring harness for continuity. If there is no continuity, replace the corresponding wiring harness. If the wiring harness is fine, check the power board's inlet valve port voltage. If the voltage is outside the standard range, replace the power board;
2. Check if the issue is caused by adding salt to the water softener without adding water, leading to salt crystallization and blockage, or if other substances, apart from dishwasher salt, were added to the softener, causing a reaction with the softener resin and resulting in blockage.
Please remove the bottom panel and detach the securing components of the water softener cap. Disconnect the softener wiring and inlet hose, then check if the inlet and outlet of the water softener are connected. If they are not connected, replace the water softener;
3. Check if the issue is caused by a faulty air vent. Open the left panel and check if the air vent wiring harness is loose. If it is loose, reconnect the wiring terminals and reinspect. If there is no loose connection, start the dishwasher and run any program to check if the water intake is normal, and observe if the flow meter impeller is jammed. If the impeller is jammed, replace the air vent. If there is no jam and the water intake is normal, check the flow meter. If the flow meter is faulty, replace it. If the flow meter is functioning properly, replace the main board.
