If the blue indicator flashes and your camera is unusable, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. A flashing blue light indicates that the camera is having trouble connecting to your network or account. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password are correct and meet the camera's requirements. The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, so make sure your router is not set to 5GHz, as the camera is not compatible with that frequency. If needed, re-enter your Wi-Fi details during the setup process;
2. If the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP was previously connected, however, the blue light is now flashing, there can be a network disruption. Check the status of your internet connection and ensure it is stable;
3. If the issue persists, try restarting the camera to reset the connection process.
