Will the Xiaomi Multifunctional IH Rice Cooker start without the inner pot?
No. This rice cooker is an IH electromagnetic heating solution. The rice cooker has an inner pot detection function within 40 seconds after startup. If you forget to put in the inner pot, the control panel will report the E-02 code prompt. Press and hold the Cancel button and the rice cooker will return to the standby page. When using the rice cooker to cook rice, please be sure to confirm whether the inner pot is put into the pot to avoid rice cooker malfunction or damage.
