1. Check whether the inner lid of the rice cooker is missing. If the inner lid is missing, the rice cooker cannot be closed. The product is designed to prevent leakage and damage during cooking;
2. Check whether the gap after the rice cooker lid is closed is too small, resulting in no space for the product to fit together and the product cannot be closed;
3. Check whether the rice cooker lid opening button is stuck, causing the rice cooker to be unable to close.
