1. Please check if the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP has been updated to the latest version, and use the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP iOS 8.7.204/Android 8.7.703 or above (checking path: Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> [Profile] >> [Additional settings] >> [About Mi Home/Xiaomi Home]);
2. Please open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP to see if a pop-up message appears: "Configuration information synchronization failed, please restart the plugin". If so, please restart Bluetooth and try connecting to the scale again;
3. Please reset the device, reset the device, and then rebind it (before rebinding, you need to delete the bound device in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP), otherwise you will not be able to connect.
