If the exercise records are not synchronized to the APP, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. If you have just finished jumping rope, please make sure you have finished this exercise on the jump rope (press the power button twice to end the exercise);
2. Ensure that data synchronization is completed with the jump rope connected and in the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope interface on the Mi Fitness APP;
3. Make sure the jump rope record reaches the saving threshold. If the exercise duration is less than 30 seconds and the number of jump ropes is less than 1, the record will not be saved by the jump rope and the APP;
4. Please connect your phone in time during the exercise.
