Why can the Xiaomi Massage Gun 2 not be used normally?
Several factors will affect the normal use of the Xiaomi Massage Gun 2, such as low battery, stall protection triggered by strong massage force and massage gun damage.
If the Xiaomi Massage Gun 2 cannot be used normally, please refer to the following details:
1. The massage gun will not work properly when it is out of power or the power is insufficient. After charging is complete, please unplug the charging cable and turn on the device for normal use;
2. If the force is strong, the stall protection will be triggered and the massage gun will stop working. If a stall occurs, please press the power button within 15 seconds to restart the device. If it exceeds 15 seconds, press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to restart the device.
