1. Avoid extending your arms too far away from your body. Keep your elbows slightly bent and your upper arms relaxed and close to your torso;
2. Ensure your shoulders are relaxed and not tense. Overly tight shoulders can lead to fatigue and hinder smooth motion;
3. Use your wrists to swing the air ball, keeping your wrists shaking the swinging balls at the same speed as your foot jumping;
4. Beginners can slow down the speed of swinging the air ball and the rhythm of jumping, and be sure to only land on the ground with the forefoot.
