The Xiaomi Smart Blender cannot rotate

If the Xiaomi Smart Blender cannot rotate, please refer to the following solutions:
1. Ensure the blender is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the power cord for any visible damage;
2. Ensure that all parts of the blender are correctly assembled. If the lid, jar, or base is not securely attached, the motor can fail to engage;
3. Check if any food debris or objects are obstructing the blades. Turn off the blender, unplug it, and carefully clean the blades. If the blades are jammed due to a hard substance, try gently loosening them;
4. If the blender was used to blend tough ingredients, the motor could have overheated or become overloaded. Allow the blender to cool down for 10-15 minutes before attempting to use it again. Avoid overloading the blender in the future.
If none of the above solutions work, the motor or internal gear mechanism can be faulty. In this case, please contact the local after-sales service center for a repair or replacement.
