If there is no workout data on the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro, please refer to the following details:
1. Please make sure that the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro has sufficient power. During exercise, if the band is turned off or restarted, no workout data will be generated;
2. If outdoor workouts are enabled on the Mi Fitness APP, please ensure that the APP runs in the background and remains connected to the band. If the APP is disconnected from the band or the APP is removed from the background, it will cause the band to be forcibly exited and unable to generate workout data;
3. Outdoor workouts need mobile GPS to record trajectories and distance. Therefore, when engaging in outdoor activities, it is necessary to enable GPS and APP location permissions on the phone.
(1). For iOS phones: You need to enable the location permission of the Mi Fitness APP in the privacy settings page on your phone (When the APP location permission is set to while using the APP, there will be situations where the track and location are lost);
(2). For Android phones: You need to enable the location permission of the Mi Fitness APP in the APP settings page on your phone.
