What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro freezes or the touch screen becomes unresponsive?

If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro freezes or the touch screen becomes unresponsive, Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot: 
1. Plug the band into its charger and allow it to charge for a while. After a few minutes of charging, try using the touch screen again;
2. Ensure your band’s firmware is up to date. Outdated software can cause issues with responsiveness;
3. If the touch screen is still unresponsive, try unpairing the band from the  Mi Fitness APP and then re-pairing it again. This can help reset the connection and resolve any software glitches;
4. You can force restart it by quickly plugging and unplugging the charger 10 times within 5 seconds.
If none of the above steps work and the band remains unresponsive, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
