If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro cannot be charged or fully charged, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. If you’re using a power bank for charging, please note that power banks have a protection mechanism. When the power bank’s battery is low, it will not be able to fully charge the band. It’s recommended to use a standard USB charger with a 5V voltage and at least 500mA output current along with the designated charging cable;
2. Check if there’s any dirt on the metal contacts of the band and the charging cable. Try cleaning them with an alcohol swab or tissue to ensure good contact between the band and the charging cable;
3. Check if the charging adapter is functioning properly. You can try using a different standard adapter to charge the band;
4. Check if the charging cable is working. If you have a spare cable compatible with the band, try using it;
5. Charge in an environment with a temperature above 10℃;
6. The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro’s charging time is approximately 1 hour. If it’s not fully charged, ensure that the charging duration is sufficient and hasn’t been cut short;
7. When the battery level reaches 100%, don’t immediately unplug the charging cable. It’s recommended to leave the band on the charger for about 10 more minutes;
8. If there’s no response after a long charging period, consider requesting the after-sales service center support for further inspection.
Note:
Please ensure the environment where the band is charging is not too hot or too cold. If the temperature is too high or too low, the system will prevent charging. The charging function will resume once the temperature returns to normal.
