Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Scent Diffuser power on?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Press the power button to turn on and press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off. After turning it on, press the power button to cycle through level 1, level 2, level 3, and off;
2. Check if the battery is depleted, remove the silicone plug from the charging port in the scent diffuser body, plug the charging cable into the charging port and connect it to a power outlet to start charging. Place back the silicone plug once fully charged;
3. If the device’s surface is dirty, clean it and try turning it on again.
