1. Analysis of causes:
(1). One earbud is not making good contact, causing only one side to pair;
(2). One earbud has a low battery and shuts down;
(3). Check if the sound outlet of the earbud is blocked or dirty;
(4). Check if the earbud has been exposed to water or sweat, causing a short circuit.
2. Solutions:
(1). Place the earbuds back in the case, ensure the indicator on the charging case lights up when placed inside, then re-pair them;
(2). If the battery is low, after ensuring good contact, place it in the case to charge for 10 minutes, then pair them again;
(3). Check and clean any dirt from the earbuds;
(4). Reset the earbuds. Place both earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, then press and hold the function button for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes continuously, indicating a factory reset;
(5). Apply for the after-sales service if the issue persists.
