Why is the MicroSD card on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual abnormal?
If the MicroSD card on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual is abnormal, please refer to the following details:
1. Please use a dedicated FAT32 high-speed MicroSD card for dashcams or cameras produced by regular manufacturers;
2. Please make sure that the MicroSD card that meets the requirements has been installed in the camera. A camera without a MicroSD card cannot store videos or review historical videos;
3. If the MicroSD card does not record, or it cannot automatically delete files in a loop, you can format the MicroSD card in the storage settings of the camera in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
4. If the MicroSD card cannot be formatted in the APP, you can format the MicroSD card on the computer through a card reader. After formatting, power off the camera and reinstall the MicroSD card.
Note:
After formatting, the files on the MicroSD card will be deleted.
