If the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 Pro can not charge, please refer to the following reasons:
1. Check if the power adapter is faulty. Connect the power adapter to the power supply only, without connecting it to the scooter, and observe the LED indicator on the power adapter. If the indicator is off or red (the normal indicator is green), it indicates that the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. Please contact the local after-sales service center;
2. Check if the battery is over-discharged. If the scooter has not been ridden or charged for a long time, the battery could be over-discharged. Please contact the local after-sales service center;
3. Check if the temperature is too high or too low. When the thermometer icon lights up, it indicates that the battery temperature is either too high or too low, and charging is not possible. Wait until the temperature returns to the normal operating range before charging again.
