The lithium-ion battery has reduced activity and delayed reaction in winter. To avoid irreparable damage to the battery cell caused by low temperature, BMS will enable low-temperature protection and the thermometer icon on the control panel will light up. This will result in reduced acceleration and possibly charging issues for the scooter.
Since low-temperature weather leads to the reduced activity of the lithium-ion battery and changed tire pressure, together with the impact of wind speed and heavy clothes worn by riders, the scooter's energy consumption will accelerate and its battery life will decrease as well.
