1. Go to [Settings];
2. Swipe down to find and tap [Digital Wellbeing & parental controls];
3. Tap the dashboard, you can check how long the screen lights up per day on your phone;
4. You can check the screen time of specific APPs;
5. Additionally, you can also tap the sand clock icon;
6. You can set APP limit time and tap [OK].
Note:
Some important system APPs aren’t available to set a time limit.
