Why is there a buzzing sound during the Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain 2 operation?
If there is a buzzing sound, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if both ends of the water pipe are properly secured. Movement during transportation can loosen the water pipe, causing the pump to touch the bottom of the tank and produce abnormal sounds;
