If you have forgotten the management password or Wi-Fi password of your router, follow these troubleshooting steps to regain access:
1. Locate the reset button on your router, which can be found on the back of your router. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds using a paperclip or similar tool. This will reset the router to its factory settings, clearing all custom configurations, including the forgotten passwords;
2. After resetting, connect your device to the router using the default Wi-Fi name, which can be found on a sticker at the bottom of the router. Access the router’s web management interface through a browser, and follow the setup instructions to create a new management password and Wi-Fi password that you can remember. Be sure to choose strong and secure passwords for both.
