If wireless devices cannot connect to the Wi-Fi of your router, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password do not contain special characters, as some devices have trouble recognizing them during configuration;
2. Double-check that you have selected the correct Wi-Fi network and entered the correct password;
3. Verify if your device has been blacklisted on the router. If it is, remove it from the blacklist to restore access;
4. Set your router’s security to WPA2 encryption, which improves compatibility with most devices;
